The Arca-Swiss 15 cm Monorail Extension II can be inserted directly into the monorail unit without changing any of the basic cameras settings, and provides longer bellows extension (assuming the bellows can extend further) for using longer focal length lenses as well as macro lenses at high magnifications.  Combined with the Misura camera, it provides approximately 360mm of extension with the supplied bellows.
